Matthew has been working in the Coffee industry since 2002. During that time he found his passion in education and research, leading public coffee education campuses in Syndey Australia for over thirteen years. Much of the content of his classes came from the research conducted by Seven Miles Coffee Roasters for the Coffee Science and Education center, working under Chemical Engineer Dr. Adam Carr, Phd.
Matthew has been a certified trainer for the SCA Barista and Brewing classes, and is currently certified to teach Barista Hustle Classes.
