Refund and Returns Policy

We handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email at info@coffeebar.com with your order number and your request and a member of our Roastery team will be in touch to take care of you. But before you do, check out the ground rules below:

Coffee

Due to the limited shelf-life of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on whole-bean or ground coffee purchases. But if you’re not satisfied with the coffee you purchased, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily replace the coffee for you.

Merch and Brewing Equipment

For any returns or exchanges of merch, apparel, or brewing equipment, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. All items must be returned to us unused/unworn and with all original packaging contents (tags, instructions, accessories, etc). We will issue your refund or send exchange item(s) upon receipt of the original item(s).

For issues with brewing equipment beyond 30 days, please reach out to the manufacturer.
